Is there a solvent to thin epoxy adhesive?

I have some old Marine-Tex (an epoxy product for repairing small fiberglass dings). It is almost too stiff to mix with the catalyst. I tried alcohol, paint thinner and even gasoline but none had any effect at all. Is there a solvent for epoxy adhesive I can use to make it a bit more pliable?
