How do I reattach a mounted unit to the mortar of my brick house?

It's an electrical box used for outdoor flood lights. One half of the box has pulled away from the mortar. I was thinking about squeezing some clear epoxy into the hole on the mortar and pushing the screw with anchor back into the hole. Then apply pressure for a few minutes while the epoxy hardens. Would this work?
