Should I suck it up or speak out?

I've been with my fiance for 3 years now and I have always had a good relationship with his mother. However, with our wedding only 4 months away there has been a lot of tension between us. He is her only son so I give her behavior the benefit of the doubt. But it is starting to get to me. She never introduces me as his fiance always his gf. He recently graduated and took a pic of him with every body in the fam and did not include me. She always sneaks in comments like , she's the #1 women, and she's not sure if he's going to be taken care of etc. She is also a pastor who is very controlling an if things aren't her way she flips. I don't want to ruin his relationship with her.or cause drama. So I don't know if I should just get ore it or tell him how I feel? Also is it a normal thing for her to do? Are these just the stages she has to go through?
