Two types of epoxy resin...?

Could someone out there define the differences between PC-7 epoxy and PC-11 epoxy for me? I've never worked with the stuff before, and I'm trying to find out which would be better to use...if I do. If anyone's curious, I'm trying to make a replica of the Long Fall boots from Portal 2. xD
