Is their anything else that can be discovered?

Like technology wise. There's Tvs, radio, cars, etc. Think, "everything technology that exits". Now my question be: Would there be anything, ore that could be discovered? A new energy source? Something that isn't derived from technology that already exists. Something completely new.
