How can you fix a front wheelhouse on a dodge truck when they dont make new ones anymore?

i have a 83 dodge w150 and the front wheelhouses are rusty. how can i fix these when they dont make replacement wheelhouses anymore. can i put in a different model wheelhouse such as a gm or ford? can i use an epoxy type material and use it to strengthen the existing wheelhouse?
