How can i remove industrial strength epoxy glue from fragile magnets without breaking the magnets ?

i have an induction motor from an exercise treadmill , i want the curved magnets encased around the inside of its round shell for a d.i.y. windturbine project, i had a similar motor which i ruined by trying to pry the magnets out with a hammer and screwdriver , of course the magnets shattered , so i tried heating it with a blowtorch in an attempt to melt this extra strong glue stuff but doing that seriously weakened the strength of the magnets , can an acid of some sort melt this super super strong glue ? they are Beautiful magnets perhaps neodymium and very expensive to buy . i need them out in perfect condition so im not going to risk hitting these ones after my last screw up ..... thanks for your time
