I have a crack in the bottom of my 150 gallon fish tank, can i fix crack with silicone or epoxy resin?

No. The best thing to do would be to replace the entire piece, or to cap it with a piece that is the same size. If it is a glass tank you need to use glass, and if acrylic, use acrylic.
