Can i have help with my Minecraft Mod?

My minecraft Mod is a Ore, Block and tools for a new type of material. Everything works fine EXCEPT!!! when ever i try to place the Ore, my game crashes! Also, it doesn't naturally spawn in the ground. (i have the correct code for making it spawn in the ground. Here is my mod WITH the source code.
