Prank: adhesive on nails?

I want to make a prank to my girlfriend, when she is sleeping I'll paint her toenails a color that she hates (most probably yellow) but I'd like to make it "immune" to nail polish remover or anything so she has trouble taking it off. Some kind of adhesive on the nails maybe? Epoxy glue? Any ideas?
