How do i heal the cut on the corner of my mouth?please help i cant eat or talk:(?

My dog bit the side of my mouth and so I got a cut all the way through inside.I got 4 stitches inside and 4 out.now after 5 ays I'm suppoed to get the stirtches removed but I can't see the ones inside !!!!!they are not therre!and I still can't open my mouth or bite a sandwich or laugh ore anything it burns and hurts.please help.also I'm goin camping next week and don't know what gonna happen to it in the sun and ocean:(
