Do I need to sand my garage floor?
About 20 some years ago I painted my garage floor with a 2 part epoxy floor coating. It is now time to do it again. I'm using Rustoleum Industrial floor paint. Is it absolutely necessary to sand the floor if I use the degreaser cleaner provided by the manufacturer.
