What is the oil used on newly installed epoxy/slate lab bench/counter tops?

The black top kind in chemical laboratories. I wish to reapply to bring back the original luster on the ones in my lab but I don't know what kind of oil was put on it originally. It might be just basic mineral oil but I can't find anything online about it. Hoping somebody might know the answer.
