Is it ok to do two workouts in one day three days a week?
I do a fitness boot camp three days a week, and at the boot camp we will usually work everything, but the workouts are always changing so I can't target everything I want. Will my body be able to do two workouts in a day, 3 times a weeks? When I go to the gym by myself I usually stick to compound exercises and then will add in other exercises like burpees, thrusters, scarecrows, etc. And if doing this will be healthy for my body, how should i go about taking my protein shake? Would I take one after each workout, or wait until the second workout and add in an extra scoop? Can someone please give me some advice.
