How long do you have to wait to take a pregnancy test after having sex?

ok so me and my bf were less careful in the past and even thou he would pull out i got pregnant anyway then i had a miscarrige so after that we have beenm ore careful i couldnt handle birth control so we been using condoms and everytime! but a condom broke on us after he cam, now were scared i mght be pregnant again and i do not want to be pregnant im only 19! so its been 5 days is it too soon to take a test!
