How do i get scene hair ?

Heyy, im not a poser, im just wondering how 2 make my hair more scene. i have 3 different layers, and side swept bangs. its dark brown, and i tease the back and some of the front. I am gonna dye my bangs bright blue, and my hair is about medium length (as of right now) and i was just wondering how could i make it look ore scene ? thnx <3 xoxo
